Me and my wife just signed a lease on a large 3 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom house in lair hill. The house has a garage and basement, and is located near downtown and PSU. We're both workaholics trying to carve a niche in the world, and make a difference in the world while doing it, we used to race with cyclisme and sometimes volunteer with B.I.K.E.

I was wondering if there were any persons interested in living close to downtown. were trying to get my kid sister on SSI and eventually move from my parents place, and she would be paying rent with SSI and taking care of the majority of chores. Were looking to get a list of a person or couple, who are either professionals or graduate students. Bonus points for anyone with who is considerably skilled or intelligent, person who is low stress and high responsibility, and a sense of purpose or civic duty in their lives.

Person needs to fill out a rental/credit history, pay a deposit of first months rent, and sign a lease for at least 1 year but preferably 2. Were wanting to get everything wrapped up by the 25th and move in is on sept 1st. I am looking to have persons ready to show the house this weekend, and be able to meet our landlord to turn in paperwork and make introduction afterwards.
