If Portlanders care more about PIR than an OBRA Championship, then there is your problem, and not the Championship moving all over the, uh, state. It's not like it was out in Baker City. If you want a shot at a jersey, HTFU and go get it, or promote a Championship in your own favorite city. A champion worth of the jersey will travel to win it, like the current senior men's road race champ.

I call 'Bullshit!'. It can be done, like everything else is done, with the help of teams/volunteers/etc. Someone just needs to put a proposal together and put it out there.
