I got several replies to my earlier query. One of the incidents (I hate calling them accidents) involved Robert Sheasby, who many of you know from Eugene as well as Bend. He was hit in a dangerous spot on Johnson Market Rd, when a driver pulled out and hit Robert. This is a spot where a rider has no chance, due to high speed downhill and bad sight lines. I heard that Robert just got out of the hospital (many broken bones) after more than a week, and faces a long recovery.
