MessageIt isn't so. My USCF license last year said unattached, and I would have raced at Masters Natz last August if I hadn't been injured. I believe the only Oregon team registered last year with the USCF was Presto Velo. Plenty of Oregon racers raced USCF national events last year with the unattached affiliation.

Is it true that USCF licensed riders who are unattached because their team didn't register as a USCF club aren't allowed to race in the national championships? That would be dumb. Say it isn't so.
