I would say more like 40-45+ Masters. Were not a masters team although we do have some, that is not our focus. Thanks for inquiring.

Its that time of year again when teams are looking to ad new riders. We are looking for some strong Cat4's that are working towards upgrading and some Cat 3's that want to get stronger and learn better team racing tactics. We are not currently looking to ad anymore Cat1/2 or masters riders at this time. Our mission is to work with our riders from the ground up by mentoring and developing them into strong, smart, team players.
We are a tight knit group but welcome newcomers, even on our training rides thru the wet winter months we have anywhere from 8-15 guys show up on a regular basis including guest riders thru the off season and that really helps keep the motivation high.

Don Joling is our Development team director and is the one you will want to contact and send your resume. Just a little bit of info about yourself and how/why you got into racing and what your cycling goals are and why you want to join a team like ours.
Don Joling email: skbugco@gmail.com Cell : 360-931-3614

Our Meet the Team ride is Saturday Sept 8th at 9am. We will meet at the Grand Central Bakery in NW PDX 2249 Northwest York Street, Portland.
Casual pace out to Sauvies Island with a possible detour up the west hills on the way back.
We look forward to seeing you there.
