cx numbers???

Hi Stewert,

It is a very good question that doesnt have a straight answer. The Cross
Crusade uses their own numbers, some other promoters use the Crusade
numbers, some have used the cloth numbers you got in the mail, etc. It
really comes down to the promoter. It is their option.

I assume your first race is going to be Het Meer? This promoter says "RACE
NUMBERS - We will be using 2012 OBRA CX hip and shoulder numbers." I assume
we will get these numbers at the race because I have not recieved them in
the mail...so pick up your number before the race. My advice is to keep ALL
your numbers and bring ALL of them to every race. Never toss them. The same
promoter will use the same numbers throughout the season.

Pay attention to how they want you to attach the number(s) on your jersey.
This will ensure you get scored properly. And have fun!

If you are planning on doing the evening Blind Date series, you will get a DIFFERENT number to hang onto. Try not to get them confused.

Yes, you can pre-reg online and then pick up your number at the race. Your cx number will work for the TBGP and Cross Crusade through the rest of this year. Super excited to see newbies out there!

So I'm going to try my first cx race...yea, I know, finally.

Anyhow whats the deal with numbers? Register online for the race and then pick up numbers before race? Are the numbers just for each race or do you stick with the same number like PIR short track?
