We're excited for the second year of Het Meer CX at Vancouver Lake Park this coming SUNDAY. This may be one for the Clydes, flat, fast, and all about pure power. Oh, and well be on the beach for a long leg. Its hard packed and fast, but getting down and back up will be a unique challenge. The weather and course look great!
*REGISTRATION Online pre-registration for the race closes Saturday 9/8 at 5:00pm.
*DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION - Registration opens at 8:00am and closes 15 minutes before each race. Please schedule enough time for registration, especially if you still have to purchase an OBRA license.
*OBRA Membership - BRING YOUR OBRA MEMBERSHIP CARD! This will be required to register. If you forget it, you will need to buy a one day license.
*LOCATION - The race will be held in VANCOUVER, WA at Vancouver Lake Park. Check the flier for detailed directions.
*NO ALCOHOL allowed at the city Park. Well have all the beer you need at Ninkrossi (Oct. 13th).
*PARKING - There is a $3 per vehicle parking fee at the park. The fee is the responsibility of each vehicle. All spectator and other vehicles will also be charged at the entry gate.
*TEAM TENTS - We will have a team tent area designated along the finishing straight near registration.
*FOOD We will have free coffee, Waffles and Snow Cones by vendor Three Little Birds, and a hot dog vendor Deanos.
*CALL UPS Call-ups will now be based on series points (See the GPTB flier for details).
*NUMBERS We will be using 2012 OBRA CX numbers this year. They will be good for all GPTB races and the Cross Crusade races. Bring your 2012 OBRA card for registration.
*GPTB This is the 2nd race of nine in the GPTB series.
*T-SHIRTS GPTB gold bling t-shirts for sale at the venue. $15 each.
*FUN Expect to have a blast! See you on SUNDAY the 9th.
Prepare for warm weather. Well have lots of cold water for you.

GPTB Castelli Leaders (after race #1)
*NOTE*: The Castelli Leader Jerseys are still being produced and we hope to have them before Double Cross on the 15th. Sorry for the delay. All current leaders and new leaders on the 15th will receive a jersey.
The GPTB Leaders Jersey will be awarded to the leader of select categories (based on current points) before each race. The points leader of each category is required to wear their leader's jersey while they maintain their lead. Race attendance and participation is mandatory to receive the jersey. If a leader is not present, it goes to the next highest seeded racer.
