I'm helping a friend build up a bike, and it's got SRAM Red
shifters/derailleurs. The front shifter doesn't seem to want to work.
Only the long throw clicks. Can't get it to pull any cable. I can see the
cable head is in the cable stop (it's red plastic...nice touch).
I don't know what's going on. The shifter is brand new. Any ideas from
SRAM experienced?
