I'm the Clyde who wiped out hard heading into the sand near the end of the race yesterday. I wanted to send out thanks to OBRA and the folks who helped me out. I blacked out shortly after trying to get back on and ride, and a couple of guys helped me up and off the beach. I know one was racing SS later, not sure about the other fellow. Thanks also to Scott and Kelli from OBRA and some other folks I'm not recalling for taking care of me while waiting for my wife to come down to take me to the ER. If anyone knows who they were I would appreciate you letting me know so I can thank them. I rung my bell pretty good and seperated my shoulder, but thankfully no lasting head injury. Out for 6 weeks but hope to make part of the Crusade. If anyone knows the people who helped me please let me know, would like to say thanks. Despite it all, still a great morning on the bike!
