the race announcement.



6. - ENTRY FORMS/RACE ANNOUNCEMENTS

6.1 - The race organizer must include the following information on the race

Entry forms/Race

announcement:

Name of Event

Date(s) of Event

Location of Event

Map or Directions to Race Course

Course description

Type of Race

Contact information for race organizer

Categories, start times, entry fees and prizes ***** You must state the

prize breakdown for each category. "To Be Determined" is unacceptable

Any entry restrictions

6.2 - Entry forms/Race announcements must be approved by the OBRA

Administrative Assistant prior to

publication.
