Thanks for all of the great feedback and suggestions regarding gluten free waffles. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be able to provide them. I cannot prepare or dedicate a separate waffle iron to GF and I do not want to put anyone with serious gluten issues (celiac) at risk. In the end, I just want to make people smile, not make them sick.

GF folks - I will still have delicious Jarritos sodas and water for you. And a spoonful of Nutella while your gluten-ous friends wait for their waffles...
