I just had occasion to briefly walk the blind date course while out with my dog and I easily spotted and picked up 2 sharp metal things and 7 very sharp pieces of clear old school style glass. 2 pieces of glass were very large, like arrowheads. I had a great race last week and I'm not complaining about the conditions in any way, but if just a few of us walked the course a little I bet we could pick up a lot more of it. I'm sure the venue would appreciate any cleanup efforts, and you would get a chance to scout the course in slow motion. Arlo
