This class is a 30min session intended to help your body to recover from the damage we do to our bodies all week long. The class will use a variety of techniques including:
- Trigger point myofascial therapy
- Breathing techniques
- Static and dynamic stretches
- Yoga
Working exercises such as these into your training program will ensure you are getting the recovery you need after your training sessions.

- Drop-in rate is $8 / class
- 10 class packages for $60 ($6 / class)
