STARKER FORESTS LANDS CLOSED TO ALL RECREATIONAL USE ****

High fire danger has resulted in Starker Forests closing its lands to all
public and recreational use, effective immediately.****

** **

All Starker forestlands are closed to public access, including hunting,
until further notice. Our lands will remain closed to public use until
significant rain occurs that reduces the risk of wildfire. ****

During normal weather conditions, Starker Forests opens most of our forest
lands to the public, using a written permit system, for many recreational
activities including hunting, hiking, mountain biking, and horse riding.
Free written permits to access Starker land are available at our office at
7240 SW Philomath Blvd. which is located between Corvallis and Philomath.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 4:30 .****
