I don't know if anyone really piped up with an answer but the plan (unless it has changed after this thread) is to have the Elite SS start with the As.

Fear not. You could race BOTH singlespeed races. Maybe you could win the
"regular old run of the mill" race and finish 30th in the Elite. I love
just one singlespeed cat, but on the positive see this as even one more race
which is good.
Get on the Crusade Chat and get Jaw'en. People have chimed in already.
It just seems so DARK overall.....Kind of a Crusade thing. Repressive, Dark
Age, Swords, Special Gear Selection and even Armor made of beer cans and
Gates belts. Maybe all light will be gone! Creatures, dangerous and
unknown.

According to the new Cross Crusade Flyers there is a category called Elite
SingleSpeeds that race with the As/Master As

Is this category solely for the Weavers Demoes, and Santos of the world?
(not to single you guys out, you are just mad fast)
Can anyone shed any light on this new category?
