Looks like they are still in business and they still make that boot-it's an all terrain cycling shoe now though

I got the northwave winter boots and they are great. They, as noted about the shimano's, hold water well too but are nicely insulated to help keep feet warm.

I have the Shimano which tend to run a little small, but I bought mine in Bend.
Universal Cycles lists a lot of stuff, and their web site will tell you what is
actually in the store in Portland. The Shimanos are very waterproof, based on
the 1/2" deep puddle that formed inside them when water wicked down my socks in
a heavy storm.

It you have narrow feet the Pearl Izumi
Barrier GTX should be on your short list.

Every revolutionary idea seems to evoke three stages of reaction...
One, it's completely impossible.
Two, it's possible, but it's not worth doing.
Three, I said it was a good idea all along.

River City outlet did have some. I got the Lake Boot from ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-43-LAKE-LX140-MENS-SPD-COLD-ALL-WEATHER-WINTER-CYCLING-SHOES-9-CYCLOCROSS-/400296286937?forcev4exp=true&forceRpt=true#ht_2237wt_1398
and
have been very happy with them. They're better than a shoe cover which wear
out easy and you can stand in them as the cleat is very recessed.
