The bridge will apparently be open "officially" on Monday morning at 5 am. And it appears that it'll be open for "strolling/picnicking" from 9 am to 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday. So, ya know, go slow and show the civilians how polite a gaggle of soaking wet cyclists can be.
