The downtown rides are technically Portland Wheelman rides, but they are open to all.
They meet at noon, leave at 12:10 every monday and thursday from the SW corner of Pioneer square.
there is a monday route and a thursday route, they are year round, and rain or shine.
both rides go up into the west hills and then back to downtown. both are a little less then 1.5 hours.
