Not that folks are very interested but here's what I'd like to see:
A system wide amnesty for riders with a truth and reconciliation commission.
Take the lessons learned and see how they can improve the current
anti-doping regime.
Expose exactly what went on and who was involved and at what levels of
the sport.
Were there folks in business, bodies like the UCI and others that were
involved? How extensive was it?
We are apt to repeat the past unless concrete steps are taken- and I
certainly don't want to see our kids being pushed into any doping.
