Pardon the off-topic post, but I thought I'd throw this potential
opportunity out to OBRA-land.

I have a rental house in Wilsonville with a tenant that is moving out at
the end of the month (but not until after Halloween Cross Crusades!) and I
need to prep the house for the next tenant ASAP. Tasks will be clean-up
inside and out as well as whatever minor repairs and maintenance may be
needed. Extent of repairs/maintenance is still to-be-determined, but
probably some painting, etc. I'll be available to help, but I am looking
for someone who can lead the charge and get things done. Having a
truck/trailer to haul yard debris, etc, would be a big help.

Also, if anyone is interested in renting a nice three-bed, two-bath home in
a quiet neighborhood in SW Wilsonville, let me know!
