Well the $5 bike washing is slowly catching on, now that we finally have mud!!!
 
I was at Canby Cross-Word last Saturday and had a fairly steady flow of bikes through my wash station all day long, from the beginners to the men’s B.
 
Like I’ve said before, this year is a test run for this idea, as I’m meeting more promoters and owners of the venues.  Mainly water supply is my biggest issue.
 
I will not be at any races this weekend.  David Douglas Park has no available water for me to use, I don’t know if David will at least have one hose set up for general use?  And Bend should be dry, so no need for me to drive all the way there.  However, this will give me that chance to race out at DD#2
 
The following weekend I will be back out at Canby for the second race.  For any beginners wanting a bike wash out there…just hang tight, cus I’m racing in the beginners and will be set up shortly after the race.
 
For the November races…still figuring things out, so stay posted.

OH YEA, donation of my proceeds…Due to volume and vendor fees, I will be doing 10% donation to random bike related organizations.  This Friday I will be donating $23 to the NW trail alliance.  I also urge folks to check out their page (http://www.nw-trail.org/) there are many weekend trail crews that need help to maintain our trails.
