Good Morning OBRA land,
Just a reminder to get your lodging accommodations now for this years Mt. Hood Cycling Classic. Rooms are filling up fast and to receive the best accommodations it is important to book them early. Cooper Spur Mountain Resort (host and race headquarters) is now full with the exception of the log home for rent. If you have a good size team coming, this is the only way to go. The Best Western's Hood River Inn still has a few rooms left, but is filling fast. Info for both can be accessed via our web site at www.mthoodcyclingclassic.com. For those looking for economy lodging we have blocked out a number of rooms until the end of the month at the Riverview Lodge in downtown Hood River. Please make sure and tell them that you are with the Mt. Hood Cycling Classic to assure you get a room. After March 31st they will go back to the general public. We are also going to be offering a kid's stage race on Saturday May 31st. More details will be sent out in the next couple of days. Things are coming together nicely and we are looking forward to putting on a great event this year. I hope to see everyone in May.
