Need a good atmosphere for that cool down ride, recovery drink and meal.......
For those who just cannot get enough of that off-road riding love........... the fall and winter festivities are getting a send-off this Saturday.
If you love to ride at night this trail system has enough up and downs and if the sky is clear...fantastic views and stars............plus the bonfire. If you have never been here, it is super fun.
Even if you cannot make it this time.......keep it on the radar as these folks have so much fun they just keep coming back for more. And yes.........we have finally entered the dust free time of year! NWTA....not just building....but also riding and playing!
take care out there.

Dimwits Withbritelites First Night Ride

Saturday November 10th 6pm

Hello fellow Dimwit,

You are on our VIP list and expressed interest in special events. So the first ride has been green lighted for this Saturday Night November 10, at 6 pm. The weather looks great for Saturday, and this may be the best weather we have of the year. Also, for you cross racers who enjoyed the Double Cross race in September, there is no dust now. EasyCLIMB is 20 minutes from the EdgeField McMenamins so come up after that race and warm up by the fire.

Where: easyCLIMB Trail in Cascade Locks. For more information check out the NWTA Trail Wiki at easyCLIMB

When: 6:00 until you get tired.

Plan: Ride the trail at your own pace, stop by the fire to warm up and take more laps until you're done, then hang by the fire, cook your hotdog and socialize. It's a loop and hard to get lost.

Fire: Yes Big Bonfire is back!

Food: Bring something to cook over the fire and a beverage and a bright light and chair

Directions:

Directions From Portland:

I-84 East, take Cascade Locks Exit 44

Go through town (~.5 miles), left on NW Forest Lane (~1.5-2 miles)

Turn Left on Cramblett Way (next to Bear Mountain Wood Pellets plant)

Follow paved road and continue straight on gravel road to the end...hopefully you'll see the bonfire.

Please send me an email if you plan on attending.
