Hey OBRA,

My housemate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take their place.
I rent a 3 bedroom house (2 of which are occupied, so lots of room) in
North Portland, near Lombard and Greeley. The house is well-maintained,
nicely decorated, and you'll have your own room, plenty of storage space
(including a big garage for multiple bike storage), a gas stove and roomy
kitchen, and a commercial-quality washer and dryer. It'd be great to find a
like-minded cyclist to move in.

The house is pretty much furnished, so all you'd need is stuff for your
room. Rent is $675/month and utilities average $75 or so per month the
current lease runs through February, but things are somewhat flexible as
far as how long you can rent for.
