Hey All,

I'm headed to the UK in January for work. There are a number of CX races
I'd like to participate in - but I've never taken a bike on the airlines.
Any pointers on which airlines for international are best?

Anyone have a hard shell bike case I can rent/borrow for about 10 to 14
days in January?

And ... lastly - any experience "hiring" (as they say ...) a CX bike in the
UK? I haven't had much luck with the bike shops out there yet. So far it
seems like a pretty foreign idea to "hire" a CX bike. I could get a hard
tail 26er (29ers haven't really caught on much in the UK yet) MTB - but
that would be a lot less fun!

Thanks for any ideas or pointers! If you think it's good general
knowledge, then I guess on-list is good, otherwise, off-list replies
appreciated.
