Hello fellow dirt lovers,

I'll be out at Krugers this Saturday offering the $5 bike washing.  It should be muddy out there so there will be a few free washing areas too.

I know that there has been some talk about pressure washing vs. seized components.  I think that the out come of the thread is that pressure washing is fine if you know what your doing...and I do.  As for seized components, if your running road gruppos, pack those bearings with plenty of grease.  I'm running rival and have had no problems this year.  However, I'm learning that if you can run with mtb derailleurs and chris king bb and head set...you will have a bomb proof cx bike.

None the less, I will also have a can of WD-40 sitting out for whoever wants to spray down any moving parts.  I've learned that WD-40 is great for water displacement to help from rust forming.  Then the following day you can relube everything as you see fit.

Oh yeah, keep in mind that I'm still available for other pressure washing jobs, and I'm still running a 1/2 price deal on gutters and roofs.
