Derek Unland, an NHS Alum & former student of mine is now an engineer at SRAM in San Luis Obispo. He recently donated some SRAM Mtn Bike products to our annual Booster Auction. Very generous, but took a while for his order to go through and for product to ship. Unfortunately, the Booster Auction happened a month ago, so I am auctioning off the products on line.
Like many Oregon High Schools, our funding for athletics has been declining steadily and remains shakey at best. Our community counters this with a hard-working, involved, and creative Booster Club. One current need we have is need uniforms for our largest sports team, Track & Field. This is an incredibly successful program as well with the Girls winning the State Title last yr and BOTH boys and girls finishing Top 5 last year.
I would like to get as close to retail as possible for the following products. You could even pay a little extra if you wish!!! I can gladly mail them (for cost of postage) or possibly arrange a meet up in the Portland area or on the Coast.
Usually on OBRA Chat, we are all trying to get a great deal on bike stuff. This is a bit different...we are trying to generate $ for youth athletic programs, so if you NEED something for your bike or want to give it as a gift, offer the whole price like buying it in a shop (all are brand new, in packaging) so we offer as much help to our Track & Field Program as possible.
