This is a super special bike, a Torelli 20th Anniversary, number 4 of only
100 frames custom built and painted with beautiful polished chrome lugs and
made from Columbus FOCO tubing. This sized 53 frame measures 53 top, 53
seat, 61 downtube, all from center to center. It was originally built up
with a mishmash of Shimano parts, but was recently rebuilt with all brand
new Campagnolo Record and Chorus components, and put back to a classic road
steel look, down to a hard to find, setback, brushed lugged Nitto seatpost.
The frameset was originally $2500 and the built out to complete it was over
$2000 more. With over $4500 invested in the bike, this is a fantastic deal
at $2200. The rebuild has less than 500 miles on it, and all parts look and
function as new. This frame was built in Italy by Antonio Mondonico before
he retired from building the Torelli frames. This is a dream to ride, and a
seriously beautiful bike. I can take a credit card with my square reader. I
live in Salem but will meet you in PDX.
Pedals are Time Impact...I'd love to keep, but will toss in to close the
deal.
