Brooke Hoyer
I promise this is my last spammy email to the list today.
Since I'm not afraid to play the sympathy card, I will. I am trying to
build a bike that I can actually ride. I have a little arterial bomb in my
neck that caused my Oct 22 stroke (and the one 4 years ago). I will never
race again. I will never ride in the drops again. In fact, if I want to
ride a bike I have to set it up to get a neutral neck position -- no
tilting the chin up. I spent 2 days in OHSU ICU and I anticipate that this
will fulfill my health care out of pocket maximum and if I want to pay for
a bike I can actually ride, the only way I can do it is to sell off stuff I
already have.
So buy my stuff so I can ride a bike. I've tried to price everything a
little below market for similar items.
Thanks,
Brooke Hoyer
