Cold is one thing. Cold with intense Wind is way more intrusive.
I survived my race as did others.
GREAT COURSE! What a COLD hoot. Sunny Mud and Shady Ice.

Much thanks to both Davids, Family, Sponsors, OBRA Officials, Luciano, the incredible Volunteers and all the riders who came out for Cold Weather Wind Tunnel Testing....on the calendar noted as Winter Cross. All of you were amazing compared to my wimpy-ness.

I hope all are home and getting warm now.

I agree - the Winter Cross course is one of my favorites. It also might
help that there's a bit of nostalgia attached to racing there ... usually
the last CX race of the season. The course is excellent!

Fingers crossed, Santa Cross is still on in Corvallis ...

It hardly rained out in Washougal today. I might be biased, but the course rocks. It might be the best course you race all year. Just enough of everything, this course really delivers.
