Final bike wash posting...thank you!!!

So this is my final bike washing posting now that the local Portland races are over.

I had no idea how the bike washing gig would do, but I gave
it a try.  No, I did not get rich this
season, but along with my other jobs, I did make it through the fall.

I just want to say thanks to all of those that used my
service.  It was fun meeting new people,
talking about various races, seeing all the different ways people build up
their bikes.

I also want to say thanks to certain promoters, Randy Word
(Canby), Ken McLarty and David Saltzberg (GPTB), and Kris Schamp
(Krugers).  Thanks for letting me come
out to be able to offer your race a new service.  Hopefully I can nail down Brad for the
crusade races next year.  I almost
forgot, thanks to Leonard Johnson of Hotfootphoto for getting some good pics of
me for my website.

Since this year went well, I’ll be out again next year to
race and wash bikes.  I will invest in
another EZ-up and a propane heater for those of you that are standing in the cold
waiting.  I will also have more bike
stands so that people can line up their bikes and then hang out under the warm,
dry EZ-up.

There are a few other minor items that I need to work out,
mainly a better sign that states wait times, leave your bike at your own risk,
etc.

So I guess it’s back to regular pressure washing jobs,
gutters, roofs, concrete, etc.  So for
one last plug, don’t forget me for all of your pressure washing needs.

In the next week or so I’ll update some of my pics on my
website with some bike wash pics.  Including the one from today of me washing off a rubber chicken, yes, I
said rubber chicken.

Oh yea, if you want to give me any praise, criticism, or
ideas to make my service better, please do so privately.  Well maybe any praise can be done publically
in hope to generate more business.

Thanks,
Stewart Campbell
