Paul's Bicycle Way of Life in Eugene is expanding our race team for the 2013 season. You are a perfect team member if you enjoy cycling for either recreation or competition and you'd like to-

**Demonstrate the spirit of team participation.
**Be an example in the community as a team that supports all athletic levels and ages.
**Encourage cyclists of all ages and calibers to join in, set goals, and have fun in their sport.
**Motivate, support and inspire cyclists through their sport in a positive and challenging, but not overly competitive environment.
