Because of how late the season is going- we have decided to push back
the annual meeting. The annual meeting will be on February 9th.
(Location TBA)

We have a promoters conference intially scheduled for Feb. 16th-
location will probably be in Salem.

This meeting will serve a couple purposes-

1. get everyone together - get some early conversations about 2014
going- and how to deal with conflicts.
2. discuss cycling trends, how to attract new racers from outside the
bike racing sphere
3. breakout sessions- topics will likely include:
A. How to put on a race for new promoters.
B. Strategies on how grow a race and attract new riders. (Brad Ross)
C. How to market and grow women's racing. (TBA)

There may be other topics based on demand.

The officials training is initially scheduled for Saturday, February
2nd in Salem.
