This 2-hour class developed for and by a cyclist is for those of you who ride a lot and intend to continue riding a lot. The sequence of poses will target the psoas through leg, hip and upper body openers. It is useful for post-race and rest days to release chronically shortened muscles and tension around the neck and shoulders. ALL bodies and abilities welcome.

Sunday, May 5, 1-3 pm.
Portland Yoga Arts, 4400 NE Glisan.

Hi again,
There are still slots open for the Yoga for Cyclists workshop!

This is a great time to unwind from the intensity of cross season and prepare for long rides this spring and summer. We will focus on opening typically tight areas, with special emphasis on the 'psoas line' from hips to shoulders.

$5 discount for OBRA and BTA members.
