This 2-hour class developed for and by a cyclist is for those of you who ride a lot and intend to continue riding a lot. The sequence of poses will target the psoas through leg, hip and upper body openers. It is useful for post-race and rest days to release chronically shortened muscles and tension around the neck and shoulders. ALL bodies and abilities welcome.
