Hello great heroes of obra (and the rest of us!),

I am actively seeking a room for rent in the urban or rural eugene area. *will also consider other towns/areas in the willamette valley and other enclaves in this fine state of oregon*
My needs are simple and I simply want to be a positive contribution to the household I move into.
I have not been riding a lot lately and my legs are looking skinny but with the right influence I can get out and spin again!
I am a healthy, happy, guy, single, stable, no kids, straight, nonsmoker, light drinker (like most cyclists), a great cook/baker, an aggressive cleaner, good with yardwork-home repairs-carpentry-general construction-painting etc.
My last landlord is offering a great referral and I have professional accolades coming out my ears!
I am not in debt or encumbered with any particular concern.

i am not a bike thief and those who are will be disappointed with my current bike, ha! Hope I am able to find a mutually supportive situation.
