jacket winter road rides

I prefer to tailor my jersey and base layers to the temperature, then slap a Showers Pass Elite Pro shell over them for wind and rain protection. I've got a Wabi Woolens l/s jersey for really cold, and a Rapha for not-quite-as-cold.
I've got a softshell Showers Pass jacket that I'll use when there's no threat of rain...which is to say, rarely.
