Hey several people emailed me about our event this year, here is the ride plans.....It is this Monday the 17th....
You are more than welcome to join us on the ride, just come prepared with a dressed up bike : )...
We have raised almost 1000.00 to make this Christmas awesome for this family....
MONDAY Dec. 17th......The 3rd Annual Hammer Velo Pay It Forward Ride for Doernbechers Children's Hospital.....Our family this year is way out on NE 194th ish....off Halsey......So we are meeting to start the ride at McMenamens at Mall 205....9710 SE Washington......We will start there and ride out to the families home, it's about 8 miles to the house.....So weather will be cold and wet looks like so a short ride I am sure will be fine for everyone......dress warm and DRESS those bikes up, lights, bells, Santa hats etc etc....Bring a backpack to carry gifts as well.....I think a few people are bringing trailers.....with music etc.....Should be a great time this year......Everyone is welcome to ride with us as always, we have raised almost 1000.00 this year, thanks to everyone that donated, much much appreciated and I know this family will be very surprised I am sure.....
Start...McMenamens, Mall 205
Time....6pm departure......Plan is to be there in about 45 minutes......ETA around 6:45pm.....Hang out at the house for maybe 30 minutes and ride back....Should be back to McMenamens about 8pm.....If you can stick around for awhile we will be heading in after the ride for a beer or warm spirits....haha......Any questions on this let me know.....
