We are having some serious problems with ODOT for the ETT. They want us to
put certified flaggers at the bridges and turnarounds. The cost for
flaggers are $25/hr with a 4 hour minimum. If anyone has some contacts with
actual certified flaggers or an in at ODOT please give me a call
