in last years TT Cup Series some of the race organizers had no idea they were designated as part of the series and had no idea there was supposed to be an Eddy category. If you're planning on racing Eddy, be prepared to not see it as a listed class in the registration at some of the races. You're supposed to tell them that you'll want your result to apply to the Eddy cat even if they don't believe it exists. The judges too, they won't believe you, but if you do your own work of tallying the results of those that had competed in that cat at previous races and then forward those lists to the series organizers they'll get it settled eventually, but it took more keyboard strokes than pedal strokes to compete in that series. Also keep in mind that this is an open category and if you compete in the Age Graded Bar results for this cat won't accrue to your TT Bar ranking. I support this category, but this year I'll race my cross bike against the full aero prepped tt guys instead.
