I need a black quill stem. Specifically, with the following attributes:

Black!!!
26.0 bar clamp dia
-17 degree
Forged (not welded)
100 - 120mm length
Italian or Nitto, preferably
Excellent condition
Devoid of large pantographed or engraved logos/lettering

I am willing to pay up for something really nice, not interested in
something that is dinged up.

P.S., for people who were riding back in the days of quill stems being the
norm, what were the well known
Italian stem/bar manufacturers, other than Cinelli, 3TTT, and ITM?
