WEIGH IN ON IMPORTANT REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION FUNDING
Every two years the Metro Regional Government allocates flexible federal transportation funds for Portland metro region. This year's MTIP (Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program) is now in full swing. The Bicycle Transportation Alliance is working to ensure funding for bike, pedestrian, and other projects that help create a transportation system that supports a wide range of transportation options.
WE NEED YOU to help ensure that bike and pedestrian projects are fully funded in this round of the MTIP.
TESTIFY AT ONE OF THREE PUBLIC LISTENING POSTS
These are fairly informal opportunities to share your opinion with representatives from the Metro Council and Metro's Transportation Committee.
April 14, 5 PM.: Metro Council Chambers, 600 NE Grand Avenue
April 15, 5 PM: Beaverton Service Center, Rms. A136 / A138, 12500 SW Allen Blvd
April 21, 5 PM: Pioneer Community Center, 625 5th St., Oregon City
