A couple of our team is going up to Ione and invite others to come along to check out the climbs ahead of schedule. We are going to mainly have a great time while taking in three of the four stages of the Columbia Plateau stage race that is a awsome race on may 2,3 and4th. We will meet in Ione OR saturday and ride the short stage three two mile uphill time trial, followed by the 55 or 65mile road stage that takes you to Fossil where they have a sweet bed and breakfast that we will lodge at. Then on sunday after munching down some home made German hot cakes off on stage four, 85 miles to Heppner where I will con some friends into giving us a twenty mile ride back to Ione for our vehicles.
We are a pretty mellow bunch, we don't drink or raise Cane so please respect this and you are welcome to come along.
