I want to give a shout out to Timo and Vivian, two NE Portlanders and very cool people. When they were propositioned with a sweet bike at a price too good to be true, they actually purchased the bike with the intent of finding its true owner. They called my daughter earlier today and the bike is back home where it belongs. Seriously! How cool is that?
