Seriously?? I just charged this thing and Garmin Connect can't even "see" the device.

I've downloaded the browser plug-in. (A couple of times.) I've tried various USB ports. I can even see the Edge 500 mounted as a USB device, but Garmin Connect doesn't detect it.

I keep getting this error: "TypeError: deviceDescriptionDoc.getElementsByTagName(...)[0].childNodes[0] is undefined"

Anyone have any tips?

I'm using Mac OS 10.8.2 and Firefox (and Safari).
