Appending this For Sale with the missing critical information:  The frame is 23" BB center to the top of top tube, which is a 57cm or 58cm bike.  Thanks to everyone that asked this question.

 
For sale:
Classic Specialized Allez Epic carbon tubed road bike from the 90's.   Equipped with full Campagnolo record 8 spd component grouppo including brakes and seat post.  Everything is in good working order.  The only exception is that the Campy record 8 spd rear hub needs to be rebuilt into a new rear wheel.  In the mean time, I'm throwing in an 8 spd Spynnergy carbon rear wheel, but the campy record hub and extra cassette are included if you want to turn it back into a full Campy machine.    This classic piece of history can be yours for only  $250 (obo).
