Question for any skinny/low volume footed cyclists out there.

Been using my SIDI Genius shoes for years and my straps are cranked over the upper pretty far. The velcro has eventually given up the ghost and I need to replace them. SIDIs are generally considered narrow among cycling shoes, but curious if there are other options besides special ordering SIDI narrows.
