Bike Yoga: Happy Hips and Loose Limbs

Do your hips feel like their being squeezed in a vice grip from riding and sitting? Or maybe you feel the effects of cycling in your low back as your hip flexors and glutes get tighter? Wouldn't you like to feel more comfortable? Relaxed? More balanced in your body?

Join BikeYoga creator and yoga for cyclists authority Uma Kleppinger for a powerful practice targeting the hips, low back and legs. This two-hour practice will start with a core-strengthening warm up, standing poses to address strength imbalances and slow movements to prepare the hips and legs for deep, safe stretching, and conclude with the gentle but profound stretching of yin yoga.

This event is FREE with donation to the BikeYoga Make Awesome Happen Indiegogo Campaign

This is not a "flow" class fitness workout but expect a full-body challenge, even though the focus is on hips, pelvis and legs.
