Hello Ladies!

I would love to get some input from y'all. We here at dark30 sports put together some epic rides. You may know The Oregon Gran Fondo, or Rolf Prima Tri at the Grove. This year we're adding The Oregon Coast Gravel Epic, Tour of the Aufderheide, and a Crit in Downtown Eugene. Really awesome stuff!

As we develop these events, we always think that it would be great to have more women involved in our rides. Don't get me wrong, we have some seriously bad ass ladies coming out. I just want to see more of your gorgeous faces! I want to see you racing, I want to see you riding, I want to see you out there!

So, here I am asking for some input. Let's talk about this. How can we make cycling events more inclusive? I'm not just talking about our events, I'm talking about all cycling events. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions you'd like to share? Seen anything done really well, or um ...not so well?
