We've ran into some technical issues getting the entire start list posted on the OBRA chat web site.

I've had several requests to modify start times, etc. The nature of the venue is to keep riders in the same category and with this also being part of the TT CUP there is not a lot of room for adjustments.
I'll post the FINAL list mid-afternoon today.
