This is a initial breifing on the 2003 edition of the Oregon District

Time Trial.

Currently, two sites are under consideration for this years event:

1 - The current site at St. Paul, OR in Marion County.

2 - A return to the beloved Peoria/Harrisburg course in Linn County.
